FAB — Frontline Agent Builder. A person, not a tool. Not an engineer we placed. Not a contractor. Your own staff — the ones who already know why the current process is broken.
Who they actually are
The largest group are the people who clean the rooms, work the front desk and run the bar.
| Who they are | What they built | Changes shipped |
|---|---|---|
| Twenty-four hospitality staff cleaners, receptionists, bar staff | 42 applications | 1,295 |
| Six care-facility managers qualified care workers and physiotherapists | 11 applications | 220 |
| Five tax accountants practising advisers at a Tokyo firm | 12 applications | 78 |
| Three department heads e-commerce, retail, finance & admin | 6 applications | 15 |
| Two back-office staff finance, admin and sales at a 41-person software company | 1 application | 30 |
| Forty builders | 72 applications | 1,638 |
Not one of them was hired to write software.
Every one of them was hired to do the job the software now does.
How the capability transfers
A Forward-Deployed Engineer stands the platform up and trains your first builders. From there the FAB trains their own staff. That is the whole compression: the person who knows what the tool should do becomes the person who builds it.
Workshops
Two online workshops a month
Delivered to a cohort of five companies together — not one-to-one.
On site
Trainer days that taper
Around 1.5 days a month in the first quarter, around 0.3 by month twelve.
Support
Metered in credits
Four credits included each month, capped and priced beyond the cap — so cost cannot run away.
Getting started
Who this is for
We do not segment by size. We segment by whether the people who do the work can get software built.
You probably fit if
You probably don't if
Engineers on the payroll do not disqualify a company — engineers with capacity for the back office do. One of our customers is a 41-person software company: its engineers are committed to the product it sells, so its finance, admin and sales staff build their own back office.
“Algoritmi's technology gives real power to frontline staff like us — people with no software-engineering background. We can improve the software we use every day, ourselves, so it fits how we actually work.”
Usually it is the person who complains most specifically about the current process.
